WTF: Does anyone actually meet the people they post about on Missed Connections?

    Don't think so.

    Thus why I posted up a dare (turned into a double dare) for people to talk to their MC before the end of exams!

    not a comment to the OP but to 11:40.. i know what you mean, i feel lik i post something and it's got a good coment section going on it, then it goes to the second page and then it's just like.. well goodbye, we don't care about that anymore.

    I often wonder, should I post again?

    11:40 here - I wonder if the mods will even allow a repost...

    But considering the volumes of MCs that are up for regret, I hope people will gain some courage to talk to the people they really want to (*coughmecough*) :DD

    i think reposting would make the pages needlessly long.

    a feature that would solve your problem is having something similar to the tabs this site had before, that will show which posts had been commented on recently. this way if there's still a lot of activity on it, it won't matter if the post is old and buried several pages deep.

    sorry, i don't study in DC, not usually, but seeing is how at the rate this is going it will become a MC, by meeting you then it would help with your MC... but hey, who knows. sorry for these spaced out replies
