WTF: More people need to join WTF UW on Facebook....Come on people!

    Facebook groups rely on people recommending their friends joining. No one is joining the Facebook group because the original creators of this site used a fake FB account to open it, and so they've haven't been promoting their own website.

    Also, a link to the Facebook group somewhere on this website (instead of a mention in the chat box) would help a lot too.

    I`ll join it once i allow myself back on facebook, i got my brother to change my password for me last week so that i wouldn`t be distracted, but wtf uw does a better job of distracting me anways =] <3 this site

    yeah, i really don't think it's that big of a deal to join the group, but with the creators being so private, it really works to breed the whole feeling that anonymity is necessary or something.

    travis and all the other people who created communities and started FB groups had no problems exposing who they were.

    i just think that by making themselves anonymous, they lose the ability to promote this website. the facebook group isn't going to send group invites by itself.

    Getting stupid invites to facebook groups is lame. I'm glad it's anonymous because then WTF UW will spread by word of mouth and grow that way. Not down with having things shoved on me. The facebook group is there to join if I want to, and I did.
