WTF: I keep hearing guys complain of lack of girls here. Umm.. we girls feel deprived too! What happened to guys approaching girls, we feel like we need to do all the work here. WTF UW??

    it may sound bitchy but it's been working so far. It doesn't mean I'm unfriendly, but I don't think a girl needs to chase either. Guys hate when things come too easy. And there's nothing wrong with being confident, girls! Apparently you are wrong 11:14 :)

    totally agree with 12:06 -
    I run out of stuff to talk about after the first obligatory openings.ie. what program are you in? what year are you in? what courses are you taking? After that, i find the girls don't contribute to the conversation. They just sit there and react to what you say and don't contribute back. All you get is a dry one way convo and the guy, who actually plucked up some courage, is left frustrated. I'm not saying that guys shoul blame it all on the girl but sometimes, it's important for the girl to reciprocate back in the convo as well.

    My advice: DONT TALK ABOUT SCHOOL ...till youve got something more.
    Or else it's hard to get beyond that.
    Ask about her top 3 bands, her favourite kind of food, etc. As for an "in", ask about something relevant to what she's doing, such as if she has her headphones in or if she's reading a book..

    im 1206.. if they are dry its probably that they are not interested. girls that are into you will (at least attempt to) converse with you (in my opinion, but i could be totally clueless on this topic). I just dont even have an ice breaker and just find myself simply too shy. Even the times when girls give you a clue and maybe shoot you a little smile or something, I still at those moments have no idea what to say... girls help us out!

    seriously, if a guy even started talking to me about school and i was interested i would definitely keep the conversation going. if the girl just sits there then she clearly is not very easy to talk to then she's boring so move on.
    and stop saying the hot girls are in specific faculties. who the hell cares what faculty they're in there are attractive people in every faculty.
    seriously the guys here just need to flirt more and be more open. it feels like you all just want to chill with the guys. most girls are used to guys like ogling us it's weird to be around ones that won't even talk to you.

    step 1: see a guy/girl you find attractive in some way
    step 2: talk to them.

    ohhhh man! sounds hard!
    and to the guys who post every time they get rejected.. honestly, who cares? that's a fact of life that not everyone is going to like you. don't make a big deal out of it and move on to the next one!

    okay can someone answer me this?
    Like I've been told im cute many times before, some say hot. I'm white, wear mainly hollister clothes, nice white shoes, and all that shit. If I walk by a cute girl on campus and she makes eye contact with me, what is the best thing to do? Am i to assume that the eye contact is her thinking im cute or soomething? lol
