WTF: This guy is nice, smart, handsome, tall, and hardworking. The most perfect guy I have ever met. But I know he's not mine.

    Well I'm definitely tall, arguably handsome (closer to handsome than not), smart, nice, but anything but hardworking... my major problem with women is I'm too shy when it comes to starting a conversation with a stranger... if you know who I am, make an excuse to talk to me

    ^ well, unless you're highly delusional, you're already so aware of your own good attributes, there's no reason for you not to start a conversation with a stranger :)

    i've come to realize that if you seem to be a reasonably smart and good-looking person, people will assume you also have the confidence to go along with it... meaning: if you DON'T talk to them, then you're perceived as uninterested, arrogantm or standoffish.

    @10:36, I think i know what you mean... it doesn't take too many rejections from girls (especially when you first start on the dating scene) to make you too shy to start conversations with girls
