WTF: mmmh...threaths on the internet..you know this "toby" could simply show this to the cops and you could get jail time or at the very least a restriction order. Deleting this post wont help since the websites saves copies of their posts for a good 2 years.The "fag" here is not "toby" but you.

    yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaa that wouldnt actually happen. you see kids this site is anonymous and so you wont you be able to figure out who actually sent that message without forcing the mod to release the ip. of course that would be a violation of our right to privacy so if toby tried that shit, the dude who threatened could simply sue the police department and they would be utterly fucked. by the way, what the fuck is a "threath"

    The police can obtain a warrant, if it's actually legit (I don't know what was said after 11 pm last night..) and get moderators or Google (the owner of blogspot) to release the IPs of the offending comments - I'm sure they'd be more than willing to help.

    Our "right" to privacy ends when it begins to infringe on others (i.e., when you legitimately threaten to fuck someone up)

    You can still track down the person through their IP addresses. It's been done before too.

    OP is probably Toby shitting his pants.

    I'm not sure if you're blind, but everything that was said to Toby was standard for this website. Some examples include: Racism, people deciding to meet up for fights (i.e. Glove), physical threats, stalker messages, posts insinuating attraction to children, and countless other questionable posts. Even some of the MC's have came across as stalker, and disturbing.

    If I was Toby, I'd immediately cover my tracks, and simply delete that video from Facebook and YouTube. You may be fucked now, but you don't want to ruin your University career in your first year.
