WTF: Has anyone ever lied to their parents about failing classes and not getting osap as a result? I'm finally bringing myself to telling them truth now. They're going to be really disappointed and'll probably hate me forever. Please, please keep me in your prayers.

    How do you know you're not getting OSAP? Do they email you?

    Hopefully something with a high fail/drop out rate or your parents will likely be very pissed with you

    This happened to me and all I had to do was write a letter explaining what happened and what my plans were to remedy my mistakes... unless you've failed several terms.. not sure what happens then.

    i have. but then in one summer, i came clean. Lifted a huge weight off my shoulder and they deserved to hear it too. Got really inspired and haven't looked back since. gl with it OP
