WTF: My mom saw that I was had wikipedia's "Islam in Canada" page open on my iPod when she woke me up. I fell asleep reading about it. I wonder what she thinks. We're atheist white folk.

    I'm atheist too, and my mom found a copy of the Quran in my bag a few weeks ago. She looked surprised. Took me a while to convince her that I was just reading it for interest's sake.

    maybe she thought you were reading?

    any atheist parent worth their oxygen shouldn't stop you from informing yourself about religions, even if only to give you ammunition to mock them with
