WTF: Yes, I understand what tradition is and how important it can be. Yes, I empathize with how hard it must be to work towards and achieve a degree in engineering. No, I don't think it is acceptable when you act like a bunch of fucking douche bags. Your arrogance only makes you look like dicks.

  1. Is it just me or does anyone else think just because you are graduating, that doesn't mean you can act like a fucktard. No other faculty acts like that, why are you so special?

  2. "No other faculty acts like that"
So, what you're saying is that if your faculty had a tradition similar to ours, you'd be ok with it? Noone's stopping you. Besides, this tradition is older than your parents, it's not going anywhere.

  3. I don't think you can "empathize" with how hard it "must be". I wonder how hard it must be to be this OP.

  4. Just putting it out there, not many people are willing to attend 30+ hours of labs/tutorials/lecture a week plus that amount or more in homework for 5 years to only end up with moderately well paying job in a competitive labour market.

Let them act like fools. Better drunk now than on the job whilst designing buildings and such.

  6. 11:10 your inability to write proper English makes all us Arts students look bad.

But then again, it DID take you 5 whole years to get a general arts degree...

  7. 11:10 here.

shouldn't you have said "...makes all of us Arts students..."

I worked two jobs as well for the past 5 years. This was a comment on an internet post, I did not think my grammar would be corrected. Next time you comment on such things, try to articulate your self like a University Student and not a hick.
