    It's global climate change, which doesn't imply a GLOBAL warming, but rather a change in climates regionally. Canada, if I remember correctly, was projected to actually see an overall increase in the severity of winters.

    wowww, global warming is the overall warming of the earth but only because it makes the existing hot and cold even more extreme. hence why its colder and we have more snow, idiot.
